Starlink international is a group of services provider in the sectors of Security, Commercial Cleaning, and Shopping Trolley Collection from shopping Centres and Malls. Reporting to the General Manger/Proprietor, the main responsibilities were:

• Managing 15 contractors in 4 large shopping centres which include day-to-day management of contractors and work performance.
• Spokesperson for Starlink International Services WA, attending state and interstate conferences.
• Dealing with staffing issues, interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and organizing training and development
• Making regular tours to operating sites, talking to supervisors, employees and store managers, identifying urgent issues and solving them, involves key decision making
