Planner / Scheduler and PMO Support for the Operations Programme at Visa Europe

The role was to provide support for the Operations Programme Manager and the Project Managers, whilst the full time employee was away on maternity leave.  I worked directly with the Programme Manager and the Project Managers to create and maintain the Project plans (MS Project & Workbench), timelines and milestones, identify work products & detailed deliverables tasks.  I tracked progress against the plan including monitoring delivery against the baseline and challenging any variances.  I constantly checked the quality and accuracy of the project plans.  I coordinated and monitored the risks and issues registers.  I developed and maintained the dashboard reporting tool for the Programme Board.  I coordinated and updated the Programme Budget reports and highlighting any overspend.  I coordinate the bi-weekly Programme status reports.

* This role was a fixed term contract, until the return of PSO who was away on maternity leave.
