Planner / Scheduler and PMO Support Lead on the deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project, at the Welsh Assembly Government

The CRM project’s aim was to deploy a CRM application across the WAG call centres.  My role was to provide support for the CRM Project Manager and all the functional area leads.  Create and maintain the MS Project plan.  I closely monitor the progress of the project.  I worked directly with the Project Manager and the functional area leads to establish the timelines and milestones identify work products, detailed deliverables tasks and any resource issues.  I tracked progress against the plan, including monitoring delivery against the baseline and challenging any variances.  I constantly checked the quality and accuracy of the project plans.  I provided timely and accurate reports on project progress.  I created the Risks and Issues process.  I developed a very powerful (MS Excel based) logging form and Register.  I constantly monitored the status and quality checks all logs.  I liaised with the functional area leads to migrate all the Risks and Issues into the register and constantly monitors that the process is being adhered to.  I created the Portfolio Status/Highlight Report process and Reporting form.  Ensure that all status reports adhered to the highest quality.

* Contracted by WAG, until the CRM Tool was delivered.  All the deliverables were achieved and the Project ended.
