The projects aim was to deploy a desktop application across the UKPS estate.  My role was to create and maintain the Project plan, to closely monitor the progress of the sites deployments.  To work directly with the Project Manager and the functional area leads to establish the timelines and milestones identify work products, detailed deliverables tasks and identified any resource issues.  I tracked the progress against plan, including monitoring delivery against the baseline and challenging any variances.  I constantly checked the quality and accuracy of the project plans.  I provided timely and accurate reports on project progress.  I created the Portfolio Status/Highlight Report process and Reporting form.  I ensured that all status reports adhered to the highest quality.  I provided administration support for the SharePoint document repository.

* The deployment rollout was delayed by 12 months therefore the deployment team was disbanded.
