- Maintain the AIR5402 Project Work Breakdown Structure (PWBS).
- Maintain the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS).
- Maintain the project Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
- Guidance and support in the use of scheduling and reporting tools to Project Office Staff.
- Develop and prepare project performance reports to the Improve Project Scheduling and Status Reporting (IPSSR) Program standard.
- Analyse the Contractor’s schedule performance.
- Analyse the Contractor’s Cost Schedule Control System to validate the Contractor’s scheduling data
- Revise and update the Project Scheduler Work Instructions as required
