Project Planner responsible for production of live programmes for projects ranging from 10-75 million GBP.

Responsibilities involve determining Key logic based on the most economical construction period and taking into account the client’s required timescale and handover date, liaising with Design Consultants and Construction Team with regard to buildability inputs to allow for a smooth construction process on-site, providing support to Project Teams in form of detail construction programmes, site layouts and financial S-curve, reviewing alternative work sequences with the Project Manager and the Commercial Team to discuss cost and time benefits before adopting the most feasible sequence for the Construction Programme, dealing with time and cost implications presented by Sub-contractors’ claims of Extension of Time, reflecting the effect of variations on the programme thereby playing a role in the Change Control process
