·     Performed feasibility, planning conditions, project appraisal and environmental impact assessment studies.

·     Performed tender evaluation and documentation control; also provided support for senior project manager and architect during contractors’ bid evaluation meetings.

·     Used MS Projects, Primavera 3.0 and other Microsoft Office packages to prepare, develop and manage project plans for new build; design & build contracts worth over £60m.

·     Using monthly and weekly produced reports, I advised Project Managers on several issues surrounding a project including resource availability, critical paths, constrains, milestones, earliest start times, budgets, earned value etc.

·     Prepared technical reports including method statements, risk assessments studies and Construction Phase plans for the design and installation of ENSO sewerage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems on a multi-million pounds caravan site at Woodhall spa, Lincolnshire.

·     Monitored and managed new-builds, fit-outs and refurbishment projects on sites.

·     Conducted standard safety level assessment and ensured contractors compliance with method statements.

·     Prepared and maintained health and safety plans including COSHH assessments on construction sites.
