Member of construction logistics team. Responsible for preparing weekly KPI reports and materials coordination & control reports for client. Helped to develop and manage a delivery traffic system to monitor site deliveries and keep traffic flow moving in a just-in-time delivery system. Also prepared site power usage reports, site traffic reports, charts and power points. Deals with contractors/subcontractors on a daily basis. Oversees 3 person team for checking deliveries in and out of site. Manages interns when necessary. Also responsible for temporary lighting, traffic control and signage (shared responsibilities).
