Role: Planning & Proposals Manager

Duties:

• Defining the project milestones & deliverables. 
• Developing the project WBS.
• Liasing with the sub-contractors for there activities, access requirements, work methodolegy...etc.
• Defining the weightage of the activities & activities steps.
• Loading the programme with budgeted resources (Labor, non labor & materials), expenses, & billing value...etc.
• Updating the programme with the actuals in order to determine the earned value.
• Defining the project risk matrix and developing the project management plan.
• Critical path & longgest path analysis.
• EOT & acceleration claims preparation.
• Generating Reports & progress monitoring tools for easy tracking of the project.
