• Controlling the Baseline and Up to Date schedules of All Projects in Turkey.
• Analyzing critical paths. Conducting meetings with project management to discuss progress, critical paths, and related action plans.
• Helping the creation of the P6 Baseline Schedules in compliance with procedures.
• Controlling the daily, weekly, and monthly reports of projects, compiling monthly and weekly project status reports for the top management.
• Educating and monitoring new planning and scheduling engineers.
• Updating and making company procedures for scheduling and reporting processes.
• Updating the man-hour library of the Company. Analyzing cross-project efficiencies.
• Creating template schedules for new projects.
• Overviewing the development of newly designed efficiency analysis and reporting tool (REC Project Control). Implementing the program for chosen projects. Educating the project team and subcontractors on how to use it. Monitoring the dataflow.
• Collaborating with the tendering department in the creation of level 2-3 schedule drafts for distribution of works and man-hours.
• Assisting projects that do not have a planning engineer on-site, creating and updating schedules, and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis.
• Partly monitoring and controlling the preparation process of quarterly budgets. Making projections about gain/loss if needed.
• Preparing specific cash proceeds tables, making projections about monthly income and cash flows.
