Started as Apprentice Fitter & Turner. Worked & studied through the ranks to be promoted to Engineering Senior Foreman and then to Quality Coordinator of the Engineering Department.

  • Writing & implementing of working procedures & work instructions & control documents.
  • Scheduling, preparing and execution of Quality Management System audits
  • Completion of audit reports stating factually all audit findings
  • Provision of training in quality awareness.
  • Procurement – systems SAP ordering, Inspections and auditing.
  • Creating a Quality Management System for a conveyance workshop.

I was responsible for the implementing as well as writing all procedures, work instructions and forms.  In addition, I implemented the whole system in the workshop as well as in house training for all the employees.
