  • Completion of all auditing and Inspections on new and existing suppliers and vendors.
  • Structural inspection and supervision underground. Period (12 months)
  • Preparation and implementation of QC inspection procedures.
  • Co-ordination inspection resources (local and agencies) including allocation of inspection assignments.
  • Ensure inspection resources are fully aware of respective Supplier QA / QC inspection scope of Service, and
  • Supplier specified QC requirements.
  • Liaison with procurement expeditors, with particular attention to Managing QC aspects associated with the release of Supplier products.
  • Review and distribution of inspection reports and inspection releases.
  • Work in conjunction with the respective discipline Engineers Leads to expedite and resolve issues identified during inspections.
  • Coordination and expediting the resolution and distribution of non-conformance reports.
  • Facilitation and coordination of Supplier pre-inspection meetings.
  • Coordinate periodic audits of Supplier QC records Set Up and maintain the QC records tracking system, and ensure records of all inspections are maintained.

Planning functions which included:

  • Conduct all planning activities (e.g. time analyses, logic networks, resource scheduling and leveling, control level schedules).
  • Manage subcontractors and supplier programmes to ensure format and method of reporting are consistent with the requirement of the execution plan.
  • Communicate interface level information to relevant stakeholders and track and expedite this information for efficient execution of the project.
  • Obtain, monitor and verify the progress of the project to track performance against the plan and to identify early warning signs.
  • Review impact of change notices on progress and project programme objectives
