PROJECTS:

1.       G+M+2 typical floor buildings (3buildings) warehouses (4numbers) and G+1 labor accommodation (1 building) (UAQ)

2.       Office & logistic facility (10 warehouses) on plot no.598-1110 for Grand stores in Dubai investment park Dubai.

3.       G+1 labor accommodation and warehouse at Sajjah.(planning only)

4.       Construction of proposed biscuit factory at Sharjah industrial area.(planning only)

                                                                DESIGNATION:     

                                            Construction cum Planning ENGINEER   

                                            RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Supervising the execution of the project carrying out all activities in accordance with the contract requirement, quality plans, and appropriate inspection /testing plans, ensuring that all the resource such as manpower machinery equipment and materials are effectively utilized, monitoring and controlling all activities of personal including subcontractors at the project sites in line with project program and schedule.

·         Being very familiar with Primavera (V 3 & 3.1), prepare Master schedule of the works identifying project activities in coordination with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning departments.

·         Monitor the progress of project on regular basis through updating the schedule.

·         Preparation of method statements in line with the contract specifications.

·         Ensure time & cost control of the project.

·         Coordination with MEP engineers for the complex services like (Cold stores, BMS system, VESDA system, dock levelers & shelters, smoke ventilators etc).

·         Liaison with the Client’s representative, Consultant, subcontractors and suppliers ensuring proper progress at site.

·         Proficient in dealing with and responding to subcontractor variance reports and claims settlements.

·         Preparation of all interim valuations (BOQ), method statements and shop drawing & material submittals for the approval of the consultant.

·         Attending weekly and monthly coordination meetings.

·         To Prepare Monthly Progress Reports in order to update the Client and Consultant regarding the progress of the project.
