- SSR ATC (Automatic Train Control project for LU) signalling upgrade – NEC3 contract
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a lead planner on circa £350 million signalling project
- Coordination of planner's work across 3 main sites in Europe and US
- Managing the programme of over 12 000 activities comprising of 3 major workstreams and incorporating subcontractor’s schedules
- Monitoring and updating progress of the project (EV, Dashboards etc.)
- Managing the resource-loading and cost-loading of the programme (invoicing based on P6 timesheets)
- Setting up processes for planning teams
- Leading Service Control Centre programme workstream
- Reporting performance and variance against key milestones and earned value analysis
- Recommending mitigation actions
- Providing resource analysis, programme updates, and planning support for subprojects (SCC, Train Fitment, Wayside)
- Providing impact analysis and other ad hoc scenario analysis
