- Outlining the project schedule and formulate the sequence of key elements.
- Developing and delivering progress reports, Programs, technical proposals, Schedule, Method Statement, requirements, Risk assessment Plan along with participating in internal reviews and periodic reviews with client.
- Responsible for the tracking, reporting, leadership, organization & coordination to support program planning.
- Attending site visit for tendering projects.
- Overall responsible for effective project implementation, effective use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
- Monitoring and control of all cost aspects of the project to forecast costs, obtain approvals, identify trends and act to avoid cost overruns and take advantage of opportunities
