Clive Holloway MCIOB MAE is a Programme Delay Expert and specialises in providing advice and/or opinion in the resolution of time related delay and extension of time issues on Projects in dispute, and in many sectors - Construction, Building, MEP, High-Rise, Airports, Hospitals, Hotels, Leisure, Schools, Clean Rooms, Shopping Malls, Court Rooms, Infrastructure, Civils, Rail, Road, Engineering, Oil & Gas, LNG, Industrial, Power, Process, Energy, Marine, and in locations around the Globe, incl, the UK, Eire, Singapore, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, Jakarta, Indonesia, Asia, Perth, Australia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Gulf, Qatar, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Lithuania, Moscow, Rostov, Smolensk, Russia, Morocco, Chile, Gibraltar.  Clive has spent over 35 years in the industry exclusively in his specialist field, and so he is very adept in the forensic prospective and retrospective analysis of programme / schedule delay and disruption, and understands the methods / approaches.  He is a very proficient Forensic Delay Analyst for either the claimant or the defendant and has prepared numerous delay, disruption and extension of time claims and counter-claims, and the defence / rebuttal thereof, in adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation.  He has been appointed as Expert Witness on many occasions, and has completed numerous Expert Reports.  He understands the need to produce clear, thorough and uncomplicated reports that identify and deal with the key issues related to time.  He is fully aware of the role and obligations of an Expert Witness and so understands the need to provide independent advice and opinion to the tribunal relevant to the case; he has met with opposing Experts and appeared in tribunal hearings.  He has also produced many less formal expert advocate reports for clients with respect to the risks, strengths and weaknesses of claims relating to delay, disruption, time-related issues and entitlement to extensions of time.
