  • Organizing and managing planning capability and preparation of robust tender and contract programme for the business unit using appropriate planning tool, e.g. Primavera P6
  • Responsible for the development of the overall detailed construction programme/schedule of work for front end loading, design, engineering, procurement and construction phases
  • Displaying and analysis of project critical path and advice project team on results and any appropriate corrective action
  • Produce and maintain project baseline and execute change control process as appropriate
  • Resource loading and level of programme and produce resource histograms to communicate effects on programme schedule to project team
  • Reporting using Earned Value Analysis techniques and interpret/communicate results and corrective action to project team
