- Develop detailed schedule for the coordination of site activities.
- Assure and control quality of civil works as per drawings and specifications.
- Execution of telecom civil works like foundations, towers assembly and erection, shelter installation and fence all in.
- Implementation of schedule and progress reviewing on daily basis.
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of completed works (PAT and FAT) visits.
