1. Accountable for the production, implementation for project controls and risk,procedures to meet Client's objectives.2. Accountable for the production of project management reports and issue of progressreports to the Client.3. Defines and manages the cost and resource loading, earned valueperformance/progress measurement and cost reporting.4. Manages planning, cost control and risk functions. Works with all departments toensure an understanding of the total project schedule and budget.5. Responsible for schedule Impact, quantitate risk analyses, preparation andpresentation of mitigation/recovery plans and detailed manpower utilisation plans.6. Prepares detailed staffing plans for the project.7. Responsible for on boarding and performance management of Sub-Contractors andConsultants.8. Analyses of drawings, specifications and statements of work.9. Provides project management direction on factors affecting the timely completion ofprojects, including critical actions, risks analysis and risk mitigation.10. Drive use of digitisation strategy for project control process, software systems andtools.
