Role Project Planning and Scheduleing: Independent client/contractor laison on planning and scheduling process from scoping study to work brakedown structures, schedule development and schedule management as director of Construction Controls Limited Project and Cost Management portfolio.

Duties: Schedule management inclusive of reviewing and approving baseline schedules and monotoring and reporting of S curve performance issues throughout the project life cycle.

 

Cost Management

Role: Senior responsibility and accountablity for cost management of company's project portfolio as director.

Duties: Establishment of Cost plans and monitoring and controling cost performance deliverables

 

Forensic Analysis

Role: Independent consultant for schedule impact assessment, schedule analysis, valuation and reconciliation of $42 million claims for piping and equipment contract of energy sector industrial plant.

Duties: Develop and present findings of schedule analysis, negotiate delay classifications, disruption qualifications, extension of time entitlement and claims close out based on finding of schedule analysis.
