• Perform design work for new construction, renovation, and improvement projects for real property facilities using AutoCAD and WinEstimator.• Develop complete working drawings, including floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, sections, and details of facilities.• Develop graphic analysis charts, schematic sketches, programmatic outlines, design development, and assists in the compilation of complete construction document packages, including material specification.• Prepare project time schedule and cost estimates using MS Project.• Apply standard engineering practices, related regulatory requirements (NFPA, UBC, OSHA, Fire Prevention etc).• Perform material and labor estimating at the ROM, program and detail levels.• Complete accurate documentation of communications with vendors, A&E firms, NGOs, government evaluators, managers, and clients.• Professional technical knowledge and experience in facility design and construction. • High level of knowledge in design concepts, and individual construction disciplines.
