  • Analysed approved Baseline Schedule (both program & narrative) integrity based on contract agreement, issued for construction documents (specification & drawings), approved method statement and governing construction standards.
  • Analysed existing Progress Reports (both program & narrative) integrity based on its consistency of actual dates, agreed productivity rate and manner deployment of resources.
  • Analysed Delay Events by collecting all related documents to be able to determine a strong factual storyline in preparation for corresponding fragnet that shall be use in impacting approved Baseline Schedule.
  • Prepare delay analysis to determine time impact on Baseline Schedule and corresponding narrative that shall be use as part of Extension of Time or EOT evaluation.
  • Prepare an As-Built Schedule with documented references such correspondence, progress reports, register logs, inspection, information request, drawings, meeting minutes and all project documents.
