Member of the SAP delivery team, implementing SAP within GMPTE, writing procedures, Transaction User Guides relating to the implementation of the SAP Project System and Investment Management modules and the interface with Primavera P6.

Section Manager – Project Controls

Assisting the Department Manager – Project Controls in setting up of a robust project controls. Setting up a Primavera P6 database of project programmes for all GMPTE projects contained within the Capital Programme. Setting up Earned Value Measurement systems, cost monitoring and cost forecasting for all projects. Assisting in preparation of the Local Transport Plan for the next five years and strategy for next twenty years. Setting up time recording systems and resource forecasting. Managing fifteen staff to deliver planning, cost control and risk management across all projects within GMPTE
