-       Participated in the development of the Level III Construction Schedule (using Primavera, 1000+ activities), including resource loading (man hours and quantities) and performed the original critical path analysis.

-       Updated the schedule with input from Construction Superintendent in a timely fashion, provided feedback to Construction regarding areas/activities falling behind schedule.

-       Prepared work around plans caused by the delay in the delivery of the main transformer and the rebuilding of the cooling towers; impact on the completion milestone was minimized.

Start-up Planner:

-       Developed the Commissioning schedule with input provided by the representatives of the Combustion and Steam turbines vendors (GE and Alston).

-       Developed the tool to track the Start Up progress using quantities (loops, calibrations, motor runs, etc)
