Manager Role within the WorleyParsons Corporate Office

• Providing planning and cost support for execution of all projects related to the NSW region.
• Assist in the development of system integration into all aspects of Project Controls.
• Manage personnel with annual reviews as well as timely reports on growth and needs.
• Direct involvement of project execution in the fields of cost control engineering, project scheduling, estimating, change management, and reporting within NSW.
• Assist in the integration of project controls systems, processes, tools and procedures into all aspects of WorleyParsons.
• Reviewing, auditing and improving projects controls activities on specific projects.
• Responsible for supervision & data integrity (checking of all Project Controls activities and deliverables which include functional implementation and maintenance of corporate project controls systems, work-methods, processes and procedures for all projects in WorleyParsons  
• Proposal Support Services (Coordinate Planning / Scheduling, cost estimating services & resource planning for all proposals within WorleyParsons)
• Personnel Management (Provide hands-on support to all project controllers within WorleyParsons to improve their performance and professional development
