Developing the most suitable sequence for construction operations for this particular EPC project, Overseeing the entire program of work and anticipate a contract demands for labor, materials, equipment and technical requirements Responsible to assist in the development of a realistic project plan and schedule to meet the project objectives.
Adhering to the project area work breakdown schedule (WBS), Compiling (CPM) critical path method, logic networks, and ensuring that all project planning and scheduling are followed, Responsible for the planning progress and productivity reporting for work Areas assigned, Monitoring and keeping track of work progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work activities. Presenting work schedules, with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams and utilizing special planning computer software, such as Microsoft Project.
Conducting site visits on regular basis and collecting necessary data as required to study project progress and work schedule completion.Professional knowledge in project planning and scheduling software.
