  • Ealing Abbey, Ealing: repair works to Grade 2 listed church and monastic living quarters – (£100K).
  • PrimroseHill Bridge, Regents Park: civil work and restoration of heritage bridge over Regents Canal – (£800K).
  • University of East London, Great Hall, Stratford: alterations and refurbishment of grade 2 heritage hall – (£500K).
  • AlexandraPalace, Wood Green: repair and restoration work of grade 2 listed public building – (£150K).
  • 30- 31 Bedford Square, WC1: complete internal refurbishment to provide office accommodation, grade 1– (£750K).
  • KCL IoP Refurbishment Enabling Works, Denmark Hill: enabling works to psychiatry building–(£350K).
