- Delay analysis for major signalling upgrade project under London Underground PPP contract.

- Programme analysis and report response to EOT claim, advice on contract baseline programme for superintendent of station redevelopment in central Birmingham.

- Analysis and support advice on contractor time for Hotel developer’s new development in London’s West End.

- Construction of detailed as-built programme for defence of contractor claim in central London rail bridge replacement project.
