  • Monitoring site progress and forecasting of project costs, preparing and managing critical shutdown programs, analysing program trends, and providing ongoing program support
  • Involved with numerous projects from tendering and initiation through to close out and commissioning.  Has exposure under various project models including Alliance, Joint Venture, D&C, and Large Programs of work.

  • Skilled in the development and implementation of forecasting and program tracking tools, various schedule analysis methods, progress reporting, and identifying program problem areas.

  • General duties include;

  • Monitoring construction and reporting on progress and productivity.
  • Preparation and review of construction and tender programs.
  • Preparation and tracking of detailed construction and staging programs.
  • Development and implementation of schedule management plans.
  • Identification and monitoring of delay events and preparation of extension of time claims.
  • General programming services including earned value reporting, progress and status reporting, and identification of risks and opportunities.
