  • In-charge with the Passenger Terminal Building – Phase 1 and Phase2 (Main Terminal Building and concourse C).
  • Prepared Resource Loaded Stand-alone Schedule for 13 Fixed Jet Bridges in Concourse C, One Hundred (100) Hotel Room units in Main Terminal Building in Phase 1, Hotel Water Feature, Lap Pool and other amenities.
  • Supervise and assist Four (4) Junior Planning Engineers in the preparation of Four-Week Rolling Schedule and Ninety (90) Days Construction Schedule. Check and verify the preparation of marked-up drawings based on actual site condition. Ensure that the marked-up drawing coincides with the construction progress. Update the schedule on Bi-weekly basis reflecting physical progress and allocated resources.
  • Monitor project schedule and priorities according to work sequence.
  • Ensure that shop drawing schedules and material delivery schedules are well planned and in accordance with construction sequence of the planned project.
  • Prepare and review critical path and discuss to Planning Manager and Construction Manager the areas that must be given priority to avoid delays.
  • Prepare Histograms, S-Curves, Resource Loadings, Productivity Curves and Look-ahead Schedules.
  • Review Manpower Requirement Program based on estimates.
  • Ensure proper monitoring of Planned versus Actual Progress including accurate work quantities and resources.
  • Attend internal and client’s meeting constantly and provide hands-on assistance and support to keep the project schedule up to date.
