Provided programmes for Northumbrian Water (NWL) under the consultancy framework. Acting as technical specialist, assisted in the development of NWL's Enterprise Programme Management (EPM) system (which is based on Microsoft Project). Programmes developed for waste water networks, treatment, water distribution and other water related facilities throughout the five year AMP. Co-ordinated with internal design teams to produce monthly schedule updates. Provided technical support to Project Managers in the analysis of contractors programmes at pre-tender stage and throughout the contract life. Provided analysis of contractors' compensation event programmes supporting the ECC Project Manager in their role.
