Working as part of the BZE joint venture on the Medium Treatment Stream, providing cost and programming services to both Byzak and Yorkshire Water Services. Acting as lead programme planner for BZE developing cost and programme reporting systems, providing monthly programme progress updates, expenditure forecasts and earned value analysis. Managing a small team, providing training in Microsoft Project to Batch Managers and other team members. Co-ordinating with internal design teams, site managers and others to produce programmes and monthly progress updates. Forming relationships with the supply chain to streamline the provision of monthly programme information. Preparing programmes using Primavera P6 in accordance with the NEC Contract. Provision of Compensation Event programmes and negotiation of programme changes with the NEC Project Manager. Resource loading of programmes and management of expenditure against budget. Provision of S-curves and other innovative reports demonstrating potential issues and areas to be addressed.
