Planning Manager Abudhabi & Doha:   Planning & scheduling of various Tendering and Construction Enabling Works projects using Primavera P5/P6.

Ø  Preparation of complete Project Plan Document using Primaver P6 i/c cost and resource loading with dictionaries, spread sheets, histograms and S-curves, submittal and procurement logs and critical indicators.

Ø  Contract management and preparation of schedule of values and Payment Certificates (IPCs).

Ø  Monthly presentations on Power Point covering a comprehensive status of progress, payments, variations, constraints/bottlenecks to higher management of Client.

Ø  Preparation of time and cost impacts/claims.

Ø  Day to day official correspondence with the Client.

Ø  Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.

Ø  Monitoring of subcontractor’s schedules and procurements

Ø  Project I am working on;
