Worked on the LNE Signals Framework contract directly assisting the P&R Manager & Project Management team. 

On a daily basis I updated the progress, cost of work completed & resource picture. I collated and produced a monthly report regarding the 10-13 jobs in progress, how the picture looked generally. General scheduling issues, costs, resources, risks and any other queries anyone had regarding the overall project picture. 

I was also the assistant construction manager[PM] on 2 small projects and ensured the day to day running of these. An emergency panel re-fit at Wood Green [London] and a 26 mile route works re-lay in the Healey Mills [Leeds / Wakefield] area. Tasks included writing method statements, liaising with the design teams, liaising with NR & the D&C’s, ensuring deadlines were met, possession management and all associated tasks of project management.
