As Senior Planning Manager, was responsible for running the full service of planning team including project control, planning/scheduling, claim analysis and presentation, progress reporting, earned value analysis, managing risk register, monitoring critical path and long lead materials etc. 

 

Was also involved in extensive coordination with medical equipment package contractor, FFE contractor and other specialist contractors appointed separately by client and managed master programme.

 

The world-class facility, SMRC project built of approx 31.5 Hectares (77.8 Acres) of land, at north eastern part of Education City campus. The SMRC project is designed to operate as an ALL-DIGITAL (nearly) paperless and film less environment where information, images, and clinical know-how are all connected and its systems are highly adaptable to future technologies and future growth. Major elements of the facilities include:

The Hospital (Children, Women& Adult): initial program is for approximately 400 beds and will also host fifteen luxury 5-star hotel rooms and suites for patient relative’s overnight stays. Subsequent second phase envisages a total capacity of approximately 580 beds

  • Outpatients Clinic Building
  • Central Services Building (Chilled water, Laundry, PTS, waste management)
  • Basement parking structure for public/ visitors (950 spaces), Multi Story Parking Structure for staff (850 spaces), Mosque
  • Infrastructure and External Works
