- Prepare detailed programme & Method Statement for Construction.
- Conduct Meeting with site engineer’s for reviewing progress.
- Update the Construction Schedules.
- Prepare delay-notices to Engineer in regards to Employer’s delay events.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare Detailed Particulars (Contractor’s claims) for Extension of Time using recognised construction industry methods applicable to the contract conditions.
- Review and provide response to Engineer’s assessment of Contractor’s claim submission.
