Specific management role; directing overall project and financial control of all contractual aspects of delivery of the accelerated programme to open Doha New Port Project Security Systems (Operation Phase) with a combined value in the region of $ 120 million comprising: delivery of Perimeter Security - Fencing, Lighting, Intrusion Detection (PIDS), MV/LV/ULV power distribution, Internal/ external CCTV & other camera systems, LAN, WLAN, CMS, FOCB, VSS & ISMS, AACS controls, Gate Control & Hydraulic Obstacles, ANPR, AUVIS, Radiation detection, X-ray scanners, Tetra Radio; complex stake holder management and co-ordination with NPPSC, PMC, MWANI, MOI, SSD, & all other third party stakeholders ensuring strict contractual compliance and delivery for the soft opening with further responsibility for contractual review validation of instructed change/claim management, scope increases and configuration management. Successfully achieving the formal agreement and acceptance of the strategic objectives and deliverables (Systems delivered, NPP Central/Remote Operations Control Centres, SCR/SITER, Modular Disaster Recovery Centre SCR/SITER, etc.) with the Client for the full end to end integration and testing; comprising (list not exhaustive): ·Reporting to Programme Director as a key member of the project team; ·Setting primary objectives and priorities for the development and delivery of bespoke systems; ·Formulating, negotiating and delivering the Testing and Integration Strategies; ·Developing and maintaining the Client relationship including strategic acceptance of the Testing and Integration objectives; ·Liaising with preceding trades and the Construction Integrator to expedite the successful contractual completion of all work packages; ·Interfacing with the Operations Teams to successfully deliver Campus wide systems, etc.; ·Liaised with & directed installation and commissioning to deliver key programme milestones - Integrated Specialist Systems into NPP, along with further integration with other third party works packages etc.
