              EHAF Consulting Engineering is the Lead Consultant for Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel at Saadiyat Island, the Project Scope includes 9 packages starts from structure to Landscape. Constructed on a floor area of 75000 Sq meter which includes Main Building “271 room’s & suite’s”, Garden villa’s, Kids Club, Presidential Villa, Ryad Villa’s and Fish Restaurant at cost value 700 Million.

Key Responsibility:

  • Reviewing, recommending the contractor’s base line programme for consent to Project Management and Client.
  • Developing, Updating and Maintaining the Consultant master programme for other design Packages in the Project.
  • Monitoring the daily progress activities on the site as per “Daily Progress Report” submitted by contactor.
  • Evaluating the Contractor time claim, recommending the assessment to the PM & Client.
  • Prepare & submitting weekly/monthly report to Project Management and Client.
  • Monitoring & coordinating with Engineering departments on shop drawing, RFI & CVI pending log in order to expedite the respond.
  • Tracking the actual resources against planned as per baseline programme.
  • Participating in weekly progress meeting with the main contractor & sub contractor.
  • Create and Maintaining the claim log.
  • Preparing and updating the KPI in order to track the project schedule.
  • Providing Management early warning of potential overruns to project time and clearly explain reasons for delay.
  • Creating various reports as per requirements of top management and client.

         Dubai water front (www.waterfront.ae) is the largest water front development in the world (14,000 Hectare) for 1 million residences developed by Nakheel. My responsibility is providing planning services for Mouchel Middle East (www.mouchel.com) Lead Infrastructure consultant cum PMC for Madiant Al Arab (7,000,000 Sqmt) value of 1.1 Billion.

Key Responsibility:

  • Approving the base line programme submitted by contractors.
  • Handling Project planning for multi-contractors
  • Review executive summary of the report, check the dates, percentage planned, percentage actual, variances, submittal, critical issues listed, comment if anything is not in line with the actual data/facts.
  • Review the updated working program and comment on delays and progress performance.
  • Prepare and maintaining the handing over and tacking over transmittals between the main contractors.
  • Preparing and maintaining the delay records for claims.
  • Attending weekly/bi-weekly meeting with client and contractors.
  • Coordinating with the execution & design team to expedite the work.
  • Preparing consolidate progress report to client monthly basics including S-curve and cost projection.
  • Monitoring the actual resource and physical progress in the site with base line programme.
  • Participate in evaluation of EOT (Extension of Time)claim submitted by contractor, in order to settle the determination part.

Mammuth Contracting company is a part of Mammut group involves in the construction work with high-rise building and villas. 

 Key Responsibility:
  • My responsibility includes preparing base line Level 1&2 programme for Tender project.
  • Preparing Level 3 & Level 4 programme for the awarded project in conjunction with the project team.
  • Preparing the cash flow and labour histogram.
  • Preparing co-ordination plan for the Infrastructure contractor.
  • Prepare & monitoring the cost control sheet Actual Vs Allowable and making the corrective action to achieve the target productivity.
  • Prepare the dash board result for the management on the productivity chart, Drawing submittals, Material submittal for the internal action to avoid the delays in the project.
  • Producing/presenting the monthly progress and the resource utilized in meetings.
  • Reviewing/Approving the sub contractor’s programme by coordinating with Project Manager.

EMAS Engineers & Contracting  is the main contractor for  Corporate Office building for M/s Reliance Infocomm at Haddows Road built on double basement ground + 7 floors with connections at every level with the existing building. 

Key Responsibility:

  • Supervision of civil work which includes all activity from excavation, raft concrete, structure and finishing work.
  • Preparing/monitoring the in-house execution programme & target dates.
  • Reconciliation for the projects in stage wise to have cost control masseur against the budgeted cost. 
  • Approving labour, subcontractor bill weekly.
  • Preparing the concrete schedule for the planned work weekly & monthly.
  • Coordinating  & arranging the work shifts in order to meet the target planned dates. 
  • Participating in the weekly meeting and presenting the progress status.
  • Prepare and monitor the cash flow of the project.
