Consultant, APAM (Melbourne Airport), Program Office

START Date:
February, 2011
END Date:
March, 2011

Within this consulting role, he determined the current schedule management capabilities and standards within Melbourne Airport in order to refine the final products.  This has improved procedures, delivery tools and training in order to prepare the group for change in profile of their projects.

Principle outputs include:

  • An integrated schedule management standard that is effective and cooperative through the whole of the delivery organisation – from the governance level through to the suppliers and contractors.
  • Configuration of the interdependency model that was developed for BAA, and
  • Refinement of their master schedule template.

Further to these outputs, he developed “road-map” of items that would deliver further improvements to their scheduling capability and maturity.
