Project:Dubai LNG Import Terminal Project – DUSUP

Scope of work:

• Contract Administration.
• Analysing cost and time impact for additional works or parts of work removed from scope.  Preparing cost and or time impact estimates of Variations and Variation Proposals by coordinating and receiving input from sections and parties involved.
• Preparing submittals for Variations, Variation Proposals and Claims / Extension of Time to Client and when required coordinate with Client to have Variations approved in a timely manner.
• Attending Weekly/Monthly meetings with Client.  Preparing the minutes of progress meetings.
• Monitoring and recording work progress and preparing internal daily report.
• Reviewing and maintaining schedule and progress data provided by construction team.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to Client.
• Preparing daily progress reports (internal).
• Preparation of monthly invoices to Client.
• Holding technical and contractual meetings with Subcontractors prior to and after their appointment.
• Preparing subcontracts / purchase orders.
• Preparing Schedules for all Subcontractors’ work required and monitoring - recording their progress of work.  Monitoring and recording the progress of material procurement of various trades (civil, electro-mechanical and instrumentation) and their deliveries to meet the project baseline.
• Checking payment certificates of all permanent works materials’ suppliers / subcontractors for the Project for their approval.
• Measurement of quantities for permanent work materials.
• Monitoring status of lists of deliverables (by Client, Contractor, subcontractors and suppliers).
• Preparing Material Approvals, Change Requests, RFI, submitting them in a timely manner by Document Transmittal and monitoring their approvals of documents transmittals to Client.
• Submitting by Document Transmittals Inspection and Test Plans, Work Procedures, Method Statements and other documents and monitoring their approvals.
• Verification of prepared Shop and As-built drawings.
• Preparation of project budget (yearly) and current estimates (quarterly).

Project: Sheikh Zayed Bridge for Abu Dhabi Island

Contract Amount: 300 Million US Dollars

Scope of work:

• Responsible for All Projects Planning Duties.
• Monitoring Progress on Various Working Fronts.
• Updating The Main Project Program along side with the 45 Days look Ahead Schedule in coordination with all Project Sections.   
• Maintaining Budget Monitoring and cost control for all project activities.
• Following up with sub-contractors Progress and early highlighting expected problems with possible solutions.
• Keeping Management updated through an excellent reporting system with all project updates.

Scope of work:

• Responsible for All Projects Planning, Including Design, Production, Erection Program and Weekly progress update.
• Factory Loading Schedule up to next year.
• Transport Schedule Preparing and Maintaining.
• Coordinating with Clients, Main Contractors and Consultants.

Responsible for the following projects:

• Sharm El Sheikh International Congress Centre
• Sheraton Heliopolis Hotel Extension Project

Scope of work:

• Fabrication and Erection follow-up.
• T.O Design and Drawings Co-ordination with Consultant.
• Establish and Updating of master time schedule of the project.
• Maintain constant critical path analysis.
• Budget follow-up and cash flow control (Planned/Actual).
• Follow-up the logistic activities including transportation, coordination, final packing lists review, third party quantity survey and issuance of shipping documents.
• Administrate the subcontract agreements and follow-up the subcontractors' progress.
