  • Employed as Planning Manager for Murray & Roberts Contractors (Middle East) LLC performing both Head Office & on site planning roles.  Based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Burj Al Arab – World’s tallest hotel.  Joint managed both the tender & pre-contract negotiation & cash flow analysis, controlling a staff of five.    Contract value $1b.
  • Airport Arrivals Terminal Dubai – 800m long portal frame building.   Responsible for planning at tender & pre-award negotiation stages following through with the preparation of the contract programme & project cash flows , project value $500m.                                                                                 
  • Head Office Planning Manager Dubai – Responsible for all head office planning requirements including tenders & negotiations, values ranging from $40m to $1b.  Research of new markets including the Lebanon and Egypt.
