  • Provide professional Project Planning skills for the Management.
  • Develop, Control, Co-Ordinate & Update the Planning activities between the Main Contractor, Designers, Sub-Contractors and the suppliers working on the Project.
  • Ensures that Project programs and progress reports are accurate and are issued timely in a well-documented manner to ensure proper evaluations and comparisons.
  • Record & Report actual performance and progress and then apply for Progress Payments.
  • Critical path(s) shall be identified clearly and graphically.
  • Ensures that the Project planning is executed in accordance with approved project procedures.
  • Communicates effectively both internally & external on planning and progress to ensure smooth running of the project.
