Work/Skills:

  • Monitoring and managing project progress by holding weekly site and office meetings.
  • Analysing trends (changes/compensation events) which may cause delay, proposing any required proactive actions to ensure that projects are delivered to the required cost, time and value targets.
  • All project programmes are updated on a regular basis highlighting programme slippage. Appropriate mitigation measures are identified so that the programme can be used as an effective project management tool.
  • Ensuring a coherent, detailed programme is available for each project/scheme at every stage. All programmes undergo critical path analysis and resource smoothing, maximising efficiencies.
  • Providing inputs and updates as required by the project manager / senior project manager, generating reports, action plans and updated schedules where necessary.
  • Preparation of Resource usage, cash flow curves and histograms for the work schedule ensuringthat planning programmes are accurate and executed within deadlines.
  • Analysis of information to establish the likely development requirements of the projects as well as themanagement of the collation of project KPI’s including submission to client.
  • Assisting in preparation of tender programmes and other supporting documents for new bids.
