Work/Skills:

  • To ensure that project schedules accurately reflect the scope of the project in accordance with an agreed WBS and are of sufficient detail to enable project progress to be accurately monitored, reported and communicated.
  • On schedules that have been agreed with managers and contractors. These are used to accurately monitor and report progress against various elements and / or stages of the project and they are adequately reflected in the project control schedule.
  • To develop the resource and cost loaded programme which summarises the work scope of more detailed activities and indicates the correct forecast of work to be performed.
  • To arrange for progress review meetings to be held as necessary with the project manager, task managers and contractors to review and validate progress. Also to propose an agenda, structure and timetable for the meetings and ensure that they liaise with A.S.Z Partner’s Ltd period reporting requirements and timetable.
  • To liaise with client and other project partners to achieve integrated planning across the whole program. Conductingsite visits and liaising with contractors as necessary to authenticate progress and to prepare project progress reports for review and validation by the project manager.
  • To identify variances from the project baseline plan and propose corrective actions to minimise / mitigate delays. 
  • To analyse and report to Project Managers on the overall project activities, monitoring project milestones and critical activities, for both A.S.Z partners and Contractors (internal / external) identifying potential problem areas in the Projects’ Critical Items action report.
