Job Description:

Management of the Technical Department (two dedicated and six shared staff).

Technical and commercial tender submissions for various types of construction projects.

Acting as company representative on domestic/international organizations, business and technical meetings.

Executed the following activities for Real Estate Investments of the Company;

§  Scheduling; Preparation of Master Schedules for construction works using MS Project. Resources assigned to activities when available. Activity numbers range between 500 and 1,500.

§  Budgeting; Organizing QS works and approving QS results. Structuring Bill of Quantities. Determining General Overheads and Risks. Reducing amount of subcontractor bids, utilizing company cost database and optimizing overall cost of the construction works. Depending on the project, budget amount changes between 50 and 300 million USD.  

§  Making Tenders in order to distribute the work packages to subcontractors.

§  Drafting and administration of subcontractor or procurement contracts.

§  Reporting; Base Budget, Cash Flow Projection, Construction Progress and Exclusive Board Reports   

§  Coordination of the Design and Site Teams; Arranging and leading weekly design coordination meetings (all disciplines), main contact person for the design and application queries, clarifications and approvals.

§  Organizing construction activities; Briefing the site managers about subcontracted works and contract conditions. Organizing site kick-off meetings with subcontractor to initialize subcontractor works at site. Supervising material site deliveries. Approving materials at site. Supervising subcontractor material and installation quality. Resolving conflicts. Approving progress payment reports.
