Regional Planning Manager responsible for programme and schedule management across the Lend Lease construction portfolio ($1.2bn value of construction projects in delivery) in the Victoria Region which include retail, commercial high rise and residential construction projects. 

Key projects included:

  • Margaret Court Tennis Arena Refurbishment $75m.
  • Aurecon 17,000 Sqm office development - $80m.
  • Convesso 32 storey residential devleopment.
  • Melbourne Markets $200m.
  • Lifestyle Living 11,000 Sqm office development -$50m.

Key responsibilities included:

  •  Preparation of fully integrated programmes to support all regional tender submissions.
  • Managing the programme transition process from bid stage to delivery.
  • Programme quality analysis using Acumen Fuse.
  • On-going site support and programme supervision to regional.
  • Preparation of variation reports to support extension of time claims with clients and sub-contractors. 
  • Evaluate the impact of client variation to the construction programmes. 
  • Provide ‘what if’ scenarios to mitigate the impact of site issues.  
  • First line Primavera support to site teams.
  • Monthly quality review of regional construction programmes.
  • Provision of basic and intermediate Primavera courses.
  • Provision of Planning & Site Controls training to the Lend Lease graduate training programme.

 

Key Achievements

 

  • Standardised the regional Work Break Down Structure.
  • Introduction of bid stage P6 templates for design and construct tenders.
