Construction Project Planner / Senior Planner, High Point Rendel, Medupi Power Station Project

My skills are focused on process and PFD development through to set to work in relation to detail level planning as required to integrate a multidiscipline contractors or projects programme. Earned Value, KPI’s and contract values determine the project controls and change management measurement and reporting. I use-analyse and report on commodity coding, earned value, earned schedule, cpm, cost, variations, risk, tender/contract management, and potential delays, delay mitigation and forensic claims analysis.
As outlined in my resume I have worked on FEED through to Commissioning and Operational Readiness and have over 15 years planning experience where my QS and estimating background has complimented my work.
My work experience includes 2 Refinery "de-bottlenecking / expansion" projects, a smelter, rail, civil and infrastructure, mining - new build and expansion projects, high rise - mixed use, Steam/ Gas / and Mixed use Power, petrochemical and O&G along with Ship and platform construction for both EPCM and contractors.
I am familiar with many estimating packages such as Timberline – Expedition / Candy and planning and scheduling software primavera 3-6 and Ms Project, Asta power project, Pert Master 8 risk analysis, SAP, CMMS.
