  • Prepared baseline work programs / procurement tracking using Primavera P6 identifying durations required for each activity and their sequences, Identifying critical milestones between various disciplines of the construction project.
  • Reviewing, developing, and enforcing administrative procedures for effective and economic performance within terms and conditions of the contract and policies, approved by the General manager
  • Preparing and reviewing all client contracts, supplier contracts and amendments thereto
  • Reviewing and commenting on bids before their submission to ensure all risks are mitigated.
  • Assisting Department Managers and/or Project Managers in the preparation of Risk Analysis of bids.
  • Assisting General Manager/Department Managers/Project Managers in the preparation of requests for additional fees and/or claims.
  • Assisting other elements of the project on their administrative responsibilities for compliance with specific contractual requirements.
  • Preparation of Time impact / Time slice analysis of Contractor’s delay as required by Project Managers
  • Capturing of Contractor’s delay from weekly / monthly progress report and preparation of delay notice to Contractor in Consultant with Project Managers
  • Review of Contractor’s Extension of Time (EOT) Claim and preparation of Consultant’s comments / observations in Consultation with Project Managers
  • Monitor and verify Contractor’s work progress in all areas for the purpose of progress payments and assist the Project/Site Manager in issuing the payment certificates with all necessary backup and evidence.
  • Developing and maintaining records and files of contract expenditures necessary to fulfill company and contractual requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer to ensure that the project objectives are met and Project goals are set supporting those.
  • Facilitate the development of the Project execution plan ensuring high quality, all Project Phases up to and including Project closure are considered and is aligned with the Program execution plan.
  • Ensure project scope, schedule and cost are clearly defined, closely coordinated, consistently monitored and controlled throughout the project cycle. Report any deviation and propose corrective action, to ensure the project goals for safety, schedule, cost, and quality are met.
