  • Project Management: Mohsen is involved in financial planning, quality control, QA processes, coordination of engineering and planning input and business development. He continues to provide project management systems specialist support as well as project management (technical and commercial) of design and site operations activities of multidisciplinary projects including Infrastructure, Utilities, Mix Use and Residential Buildings, and Industrial Schemes.

    Design Management: Mohsen was assigned to provide support on projects / design commissions across a full spectrum of sizes. He played a key role in the delivery of flagship projects in a fully operational environment utilising a multi-disciplined engineering team and multiple contractors and service suppliers, coordinating and leading large, multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse project teams.  Mohsen has been engaged in the management of processes from scoping and design through to construction and handover, ensuring compliance with standards and stakeholder requirements.  His involvement includes design/technical review and technical reporting, quality reviews, client interfacing, compliance with local and international design standards, and QHSE administration.

    Bid Management: Mohsen’s role is to assist the various Business Units with bids, commercial/contractual issues and departmental processes as follows:  

    • Bid coordination duties involving preparation and co-ordination of Tender Submission documentation for the supply of single and multi-disciplined engineering and design consultancy services. 
    • Organizing and reviewing bid documents consistent with company standard, tools and CRM systems. 
    • Effectively managing the bid process to provide a timely review and confirmation of estimating assumptions with others.
    • Early procurement and ensuring sub consultants’ are assessed and evaluated at an early stage in project development.
    • Facilitating the review of contractual issues with management during the bid process.
    • Preparing bids for framework project tasks and coordinating cost fee build-up with multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Developing and understanding the terms and conditions of consultancy contracts.
    • Understanding risks, preparing of risk registers at the bid stage.
