Roles:

Managing and leading the project team. Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work

Detailed project planning and control including: developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and managing project deliverables in line with the project plan

Resolving cross-functional issues at project level. Proactively manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary

Managing project scope & change management and escalating issues where necessary

Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management

 Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities

Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

Maintain strict adherence to all required statutory and regulatory conditions.

Responsible custodian of PPM knowledge and practice by providing a single, integrated repository and point of contact for all issues relating to the application of project management processes, tools and techniques
